Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and A2E AI, operated by Hong Kong Xiangqing Trading Co., Limited. They cover the site at https://a2eai.org and the video tools offered there. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, stop using the service.

Accounts and who can join

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company to these terms.

Some features need an account. The details you give must be true and kept up to date. You are responsible for activity under your login and for keeping the password private. Tell us promptly if someone else gets in.

Allowed and forbidden use

We give you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for its ordinary purpose, and only in ways the law and these terms allow. You may not transfer that license.

You may not:

• Create or distribute material that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise unfit for the service.
• Break into the service, probe it, or try to reconstruct how it works.
• Use bots, scrapers, or similar automation against the site.
• Interfere with the service or the networks that run it.
• Infringe someone else’s intellectual property.

What you upload and what the model returns

You keep ownership of the images, text, and other material you submit, and of the videos the service generates from them. You are responsible for what you create, share, or publish.

When you submit that material, you give us and our affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute it so we can run the service, improve the models, and promote the product on current and future channels. The license can be transferred and sublicensed, and it continues for as long as we need it for those purposes.

Material we will not host

Do not upload, generate, or share content that:

• Helps or depicts illegal activity.
• Encourages hatred, violence, or discrimination.
• Shows private-body exposure, is focused on sexual arousal, or is excessively violent.
• Infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
• Is deliberately false or misleading.
• Exposes someone’s personal information, or uses their face, body, voice, name, or likeness without the consent the law requires.
• Harasses or bullies a person, impersonates them in a deceptive way, or encourages self-harm.
• Is spam, malware, or any other use we consider inappropriate, disruptive, or a source of legal risk.

Breaking these rules can lead to removal of the material and suspension or closure of the account.

Other people’s likeness and private life

Do not process a real person’s image, video, voice, or likeness in a way that violates privacy, portrait, publicity, or similar personality rights. In particular, do not:

• Use a recognizable person without the clear consent required by law, including for harassment, defamation, fraud, blackmail, non-consensual intimate imagery, political manipulation, or a commercial endorsement.
• Use someone else’s private photos, identity documents, contact details, location, or other sensitive personal data without authorization.
• Upload or generate material of minors that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers them.
• Pass off an AI likeness as a real person in a way that misleads others or harms that person’s reputation or legal interests.

If a prompt or source image refers to a real person, you confirm that you have the rights and any required consent to upload it and to generate video from that likeness. You are responsible for claims that follow. We may remove material, restrict the account, keep records, and report suspected unlawful activity.

If your own privacy or portrait rights are affected, write to [email protected]. Identify the material, explain your connection to the person shown, and state the basis of the claim. Valid reports are reviewed.

Our property and your suggestions

The site, software, text, graphics, and marks belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any further right to them. Uses that are not already allowed need written permission from [email protected], and any permitted use should credit the owner.

Ideas and feedback you send about the product become ours. We may use them without paying you.

Ending access

You can close your account from the site. Access stops when the account is closed. We can also suspend or end access at any time, with or without notice, including when these terms are broken. Licenses we granted you then end, and you must stop using the service. Obligations that already exist, including payment and intellectual-property duties, continue.

Warranties, liability, and your duty to cover claims

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or use, whether or not we were warned they were possible.

You will defend and compensate us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents against claims, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, that arise from your use of the service, a breach of these terms, or an infringement of someone else’s rights.

Changes and general points

We can update these terms. Significant changes will be posted on the site or sent through the service. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.

These terms are the whole agreement about the service and replace earlier agreements on the same subject. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest still apply, and that provision is applied as far as it can be. Not enforcing a right once is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them without restriction.
