This notice explains how A2E AI, operated by Hong Kong Xiangqing Trading Co., Limited, collects, keeps, and shares information when you use the service and the site at https://a2eai.org. It also describes the privacy choices available to you. Using the site means you agree to the practices below.

How we use a few words

An account is the login you create. The company is A2E AI. A device is any computer, phone, or tablet that reaches the service. Personal data is information that identifies a person. The service is the AI video, automation, and image tools we offer. A social login is a third-party account, such as Google, used to sign in. “You” means the person or organization using the service. Cookies are small files a site stores on a device to remember browsing details.

Information we collect

We may ask for details that identify or reach you, such as an email address, information from a social login, and cookies. We also collect usage data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on those pages, and diagnostic data.

If you sign in with Google or a similar service, we may receive the name, email, activity, or contacts already attached to that account, to the extent the provider shares them.

Cookies, beacons, and scripts help us see how the service is used and store limited settings. You can block cookies in the browser. Some features may then stop working.

Photos that include a face

Images from a camera or an upload may contain faces. We use them only to generate the video you asked for. They are kept temporarily for that processing and deleted automatically soon after the video is ready. A contracted rendering provider may receive the image for that same limited job and is not allowed to keep or misuse it. We do not sell face data. Uploading a photo means you agree to this short-lived use, and you must already have the rights and consents for anyone else who appears in it.

Why we use it

• To run and improve the service, including accounts and sign-in.
• To send product news, offers, and event information, unless you have opted out.
• To answer requests you send us.
• To analyze use, spot trends, and judge marketing so the product can be improved.

Keeping, deleting, and protecting data

Personal data is kept only as long as the purposes in this notice require, and longer when the law, a dispute, or an agreement needs it. Usage data is usually kept for a shorter time unless it is needed for security, product improvement, or a legal duty.

You can ask us to delete personal data we hold. Some of it can be removed from the account directly. You can also correct it in account settings or by writing to us.

You can permanently delete the account from account settings. After that confirmation, the account cannot be restored. Created content, history, settings, and unused credits are lost. Unused credits are not refunded, transferred, or restored.

We use ordinary commercial safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for the device and for protecting the login with the security tools available to you.

Content limits that protect other people

Material generated, uploaded, or shared on the service must not be illegal, hateful, violent, or discriminatory. It must not include private-body exposure, arousal-focused or extremely violent scenes, intellectual-property infringement, deliberate deception, spam, malware, harassment, impersonation, or encouragement of self-harm. It also must not expose someone’s personal information or use their likeness without the consent the law requires.

Do not process a real person’s face, body, voice, name, or other likeness without required consent, and do not use that likeness for harassment, defamation, fraud, blackmail, non-consensual intimate imagery, or a misleading endorsement. Do not disclose another person’s private photos, identity documents, contacts, location, or similar sensitive data. Do not involve minors in exploitative, sexualized, or unsafe material, and do not impersonate someone in a way that misleads others or harms their dignity or legal interests.

If you upload a face or other likeness that is not yours, you are responsible for the consents and for compliance with privacy and publicity law. We may remove the material, limit features, close the account, and respond to lawful requests. Reports can be sent to [email protected] with a description or task id, your contact details, your relationship to the person, and the legal basis of the claim.

Do not present AI output as unaided human work when a disclosure is required. Do not enter sensitive personal data, such as race, beliefs, or health information, into the tools. Do not ask the tools for output that breaks the limits above. We may remove violating material, suspend the account, and report illegal activity.

Choices

• Refuse cookies in the browser, understanding that parts of the site may fail.
• Email [email protected] to opt out of personalized advertising.
• Email the same address to ask for account deactivation. Personal information is then handled under applicable privacy rules.
