Affiliate Program Terms

These terms explain how the A2E AI affiliate program works. They apply when you apply, after you are accepted, and for as long as you keep a referral link or use our partner materials.

Joining is optional. Sending an application, using a referral link, or continuing in the program means you accept the version of these terms that is published at that time.

Joining and review

Apply only through the partner link we publish. Tell us who you are, where you will promote, and how people will reach your link. The details must stay accurate. You must be an adult in the place where you live.

We look at the channels, audience, and methods you describe. We can approve, refuse, pause, or remove an application or an account without a long explanation. Approval is not a promise that you can stay in the program.

If you are accepted, we or the partner platform we use may give you a dashboard, a personal referral link, and reporting. You are responsible for the payout and tax details that platform asks for.

Sales that can earn a commission

A commission is possible only on products we mark as eligible. For this program, that normally means one-time credit packs. Custom quotes, enterprise agreements, negotiated deals, free trials, tests, refunds, chargebacks, and fraudulent payments are outside the program.

A purchase counts only when all of the following are true:

The buyer is a new paying customer.
The buyer arrived through your current referral link.
Our tracking recorded the visit and the purchase.
The payment was not later refunded, cancelled, reversed, or disputed.
The sale follows these terms and the rules shown in the partner dashboard.

We decide whether a specific order qualifies. That decision is final for program purposes.

Rate, examples, and payment

Unless the partner dashboard or a written notice says otherwise, the standard rate is 30% of the eligible purchase amount. We can change the rate. The new rate applies from the date we post or send.

Earnings examples on the affiliate page multiply the current rate by an assumed number of customers and repeat purchases. Those figures are illustrations. They are not a forecast, a quota, or a promise of income.

Tax, VAT, discounts, processing fees, refunds, credits, and similar adjustments can be left out of the commission base. Payout timing, minimums, and methods are the ones shown in the partner dashboard. You must keep payout and tax information complete. We can hold, offset, or reverse a payout when a sale is undone, tracking looks unreliable, the account breaks these terms, required documents are missing, or a payment partner or law blocks the transfer.

How you may promote

Promote through organic channels we have accepted, such as your own content, tutorials, reviews, social posts, and email to people who already agreed to hear from you.

Paid promotion is not allowed unless we approve it in writing first. That includes search ads, social ads, display ads, native ads, retargeting, sponsored placements, and buying traffic on our name, product names, or lookalike keywords.

Do not refer yourself, invent buyers, or use your own payment method to create rewards. Do not spam, run bots, or send bulk messages to people who did not ask for them. Do not invent discounts, coupons, or bonuses. Do not copy our site, checkout, or brand so that visitors think you are us. Do not attach the product to illegal, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise harmful material.

Wherever you share a link, say plainly that you may earn a commission if someone buys. Put that notice where a reader will actually see it, and follow the advertising and platform rules that apply to you. We can ask you to change or remove a promotion. Breaking this section can end the account and unpaid commissions.

Brand, ownership, and your own obligations

Logos, screenshots, and other assets we give you may be used only to promote this product under these terms. Do not redraw the marks unless we agree in writing. Goodwill from that use stays with us. When the relationship ends, stop using the assets and remove links when we ask.

The product, site, technology, and brand stay ours or our licensors’. These terms do not transfer that ownership. Do not register domains, accounts, or keywords that imitate the brand without written permission.

You are an independent promoter, not an employee, agent, or partner of the company. You cannot make promises for us. You handle your own costs, taxes, and the laws that apply where you promote, including privacy, anti-spam, and endorsement rules.

Changes, ending participation, and limits

We can update, pause, or close the program, and we can change eligible products, rates, tracking, the attribution window, and payout rules. We will post the change, show it in the dashboard, or send it another reasonable way. Staying in the program after the effective date means you accept the update. You can leave at any time.

We can suspend or end access immediately if we believe you broke these terms, misused tracking, or created legal or brand risk. After that, stop using the link and our materials. Commissions tied to abuse or a breach can be cancelled.

We do not promise traffic, conversions, or earnings. Tracking, dashboards, and payment partners can be delayed or unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages connected with the program. If a disagreement comes up, contact us first and try to resolve it directly before starting a formal claim.
